- The Alpha. Amazing guy. SuperHusband, though many don't recognize it because he doesn't wear his cape.
- The Boy and Tuesday. Such cute dogs. Such good dogs. So darn loveable.
- People who feed the hungry and shelter the homeless. The list of helpers for Food Share in this week's church newsletter was enormous. And up north, where being homeless this time of year is life-threatening, a friend who is working her tail off being an advocate for them.
- My job, and the relationships it's brought.
- My extended family, even when I let myself become frustrated with them.
- My in-laws, who are wonderful.
- Friendships.
- A car that runs, a body that does what my brain tells it to do, a house that's safe and comfortable and that we can afford.
- Music, and the role it plays in my life.

Great list of things to be thankful for. Here's mine:
Family - all of them. Even my crazy grandpa.
Girls who are starting to grow up and don't require constant supervision to ensure good behavior. :)
Good ole Tuxedo. Wish he'd quit eating my plants, but oh well.
Getting to cook a big turkey day feast and share it with all the Arkansas family that comes over.
A democrat on the way in the white house who is going to do something about this mess.
Shutterfly - did I mention the oh so cool photobooks I did for the family this year? I am having such a hard time not telling all the people who are getting them how awesome they turned out.
Friends who keep me entertained and inspired.
The Saturn and it's well made frame that kept Jeff and Devon safe in the wreck that totaled it last week. :(
Many, many other things that keep us happy, comfy, and safe.

Aww, Mindy, how sweet! I'm thankful for you, too. I wear my pretty purple headband for at least a little while nearly every day, and I always think of you when I do.
Glad we had a small part in the arrival of Miss Gingerbean! (Now, for obedience training, you'll have to submit to The Alpha's boot camp...)
